Report on Alumnae Meet 2025
The Alumnae Meet 2025 of Sacred Heart Girls PU College was held on 30th August 2025 at the college auditorium with the subtle theme “Reconnecting Hearts, Rekindling Memories.” Around 150–200 alumnae gathered to relive golden memories, reconnect with their alma mater, and strengthen the bond with fellow batchmates and teachers.
The program began at 2:30 p.m. with a graceful Prayer Dance, followed by the Lighting of the Lamp. The gathering was honored by the presence of the Chief Guest, Rev. Sr. Anjali, and the event was presided over by our Principal, Rev. Sr. Janet Sudha. The Welcome Address, Staff Speech, and Reflection by alumnae beautifully set the tone of gratitude and nostalgia.
A major highlight was the Election of the Alumnae Office Bearers. The following were elected:
- President – Prof. Vijayalakshmi V.
- Vice President – Mrs. Qurat
- Secretary – Ms. Bitha Jacob
- Joint Secretary – Ms. Chris Allen
- Treasurer – Ms. Sri Devi
The cultural segment included a Skit on Mother Gnanamma, entertainment dances by PU students, group activities, staff performances, and games that added vibrance and joy. The evening concluded with a photo session and Vote of Thanks, leaving everyone with cherished memories.
The Alumnae Meet 2025 was indeed a remarkable success, rekindling bonds of friendship and inspiring the alumnae to carry forward the legacy of Sacred Heart Girls PU College.
