DRESS CODE

Monday to Saturday college uniform should be worn except the days of celebrations. 

Instructions for Students
  • Students should bring the college diary every day.
  • Bringing expensive articles, electronic gadgets like mobile phones, Tabs are strictly prohibited. If found will be confiscated.
  • Students must be regular and punctual to college.
  • College gates are closed by 8:50am
  • All applications for leave on medical grounds is to be supported by authentic medical certificates.
  • Being irregular to college, shortage of attendance, constant negligence of work, insubordination to lecturers, habitual in-attentiveness in class, obscenity in word or deed and willful and repeated breach of the college regulation will lead a student to serious punishment or suspension.
  • Students when called upon to attend extra classes or to take part in other activities of the college must compulsorily participate in them.
  • If any student abstains herself without permission of seven consecutive working days, her name will be struck off the rolls.
  • Students should desist from the use of coarse expression and all such activities, which may affect self-honour.
  • Refinement of character, obedience, neatness in person, dress and punctuality is always required from students.
  • Any damage done to college property by students must be compensated by those who are responsible.
  • To acquire knowledge persistently to become an educated and cultured citizen should be the priority of each student.
  • Student should sit upright during lecturers. It will help in concentrating in the class. Do not lean on elbows or slouch.
  • Cherish the honour of the nation, college, family as one’s own and defend it by one’s deeds, work and training.
  • The college expects the students to maintain the highest standard of discipline and decorum. Any breach in rules will entail to suspension or termination.
  • Students are answerable to the college authorities for their misconduct both inside and outside the college. Hence, misbehaviours in the streets and in the public places justifies disciplinary action.
  • No exit will be issued to the students once they come to college without gate pass from the principal.
  • Students should avoid littering in the college premises.
  • Students who expect to return late to their houses are responsible for informing their parents in advance.
  • Every Student is required to carry her identity card &wear it in college.
  • No monetary collection for any purpose may make in the college without prior permission of the Principal.
  • All students are expected to be present in the college on the reopening day, after each vacation. Absence will entail fine unless valid reasons are furnished.
  • Obey the instructions of the Principal and lecturers of the College as well as one’s parents and seniors. Mobiles are strictly prohibited.
  • Students must not loiter along the corridors during class hours.
  • Scribbling on the wall, desk and benches is punishable.
A WORD TO THE PARENTS
  • Undaunted co-operation of the parents, staff and the blessings of the Almighty has always helped us realize the dreams of the students.
  • Parents are advised to produce ID cards at the gate.
  • Any misconduct on the part of the parents, brothers or any close relatives of the students is a good enough reason to dismiss the students from the college.
  • Parents are advised to take active and wholehearted interest in the co-curricular activities of the college.
  • Parents’ co-operation is indispensable in order to ensure regularity, punctuality, discipline and quality education of the wards. They should ensure that their wards prepare their home assignments and take active interest in the college activities.
  • We seek your co-operation to inculcate the habit of conversing in English for our students.
  • Parents are required to sign their wards progress reports or any other information as and when required.
  • Private tuition's are not encouraged. Our lecturers are not allowed to give private tuition's to our students, but free classes will be taken to develop the slow learners.
  • All communication with the college should bear the student number and group of the students.
  • Parents or guardians are requested not to meet the students or lecturers during the class hours.
  • Students are not allowed to leave the college premises during class hours except during emergencies.
  • Any change in the address and phone no. must be notified to the college office in writing.
  • An application from the parents for leave or absence for more than 7 days without sanction will lead to striking off the name from the rolls.
  • Parents are welcomed to approach the Principal with their opinions and suggestions with prior appointment.
  • Parents must also ensure that their wards do not involve themselves with any in disciplinary behaviour, misconduct and illegal activities otherwise they are liable for suspension and severe disciplinary action.
  • The Principal reserves the right to compel the parents to withdraw their wards if found not abiding by the rules.
  • These rules are liable to alteration without prior notice.
  • We don’t admit married girls in the college.
